Dear Members:

The Coastal Code Enforcement Association of South Carolina invites you to attend its 40th Annual Education Conference November 16th - 19th 2025 to be held at Crown Reef Resort, 2918 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29486. This is a great networking and training opportunity. Building officials, code enforcement officers, inspectors, and fire officials representing the coastal South Carolina jurisdictions as well as engineers and architects attend this education conference. 

We are also excited for our 40th Anniversary Celebration that will be held on Sunday evening at Creek Ratz in Murrells Inlet.  We have extended an invitation to all of our Past Presidents to share in this wonderful event.  Please see the flyer for more information.

Below are the Reservation Instructions you can forward to everyone in your group. Using this information, everyone can begin calling and booking their individual reservations as of today. Please be mindful of the cut-off date, November 1, 2025  After this date rooms and rates are no longer guaranteed.

The first night’s stay is due when making your reservation and the balance of the stay is due at check-in. 

Paying for Your Rooms:

You can pay room balance in full before your arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive. If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there IS a 2.5% fee that will be charged.
