Dear Exhibitors:

The Coastal Code Enforcement Association of South Carolina invites you to exhibit at its 41st Annual Education Conference November 15th - 18th 2026 to be held at Crown Reef Resort, 2918 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29486. This is a great exhibit and training opportunity. Building officials, code enforcement officers, inspectors, and fire officials representing the coastal South Carolina jurisdictions as well as engineers and architects attend this education conference. The conference participants are eager to see displays of products and services, and exhibitors will have ample opportunity to talk and meet with the conference attendees.

The Exhibitors Showcase will be located adjacent to the Conference education room and will be open all day Monday November 16th and Tuesday November 17th until 11 a.m. Breaks will be served Monday and Tuesday mornings and afternoons in this area allowing attendees plenty of time to visit your booth. Monday evening, we will have an Exhibitors reception event from 5:30pm – 7:00pm and will have hors D’ oeuvres for you and the attendees to enjoy. Exhibitors will have a chance to network with attendees and draw their tickets to hand out door prizes. Also, the exhibitor fee includes one associate annual membership with the CCEA, two tickets to Sunday’s President’s Welcome Reception, Monday’s Scholarship Auction, and the Recognition and Awards  Luncheon Tuesday.

Below are the Reservation Instructions you can forward to everyone in your group. Using this information, everyone can begin calling and booking their individual reservations as of today. Please be mindful of the cut-off date, October 14, 2026  After this date rooms and rates are no longer guaranteed.

The first night’s stay is due when making your reservation and the balance of the stay is due at check-in. 

Paying for Your Rooms:

You can pay room balance in full before your arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive. If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there IS a 2.5% fee that will be charged.
